Non-woven bag-making machine boosts efficiency

Author:

Non-woven bag-making machine's material feeding section: Equipped with an automatic loading system, eliminating the need for manual lifting—allowing a single operator to manage the machine effortlessly. It also features an automatic material-cutting device that halts the machine once production is complete, saving time on repetitive material threading and significantly boosting operational efficiency. The material-releasing shaft is an air-expanding type, designed to securely hold standard 7.6 cm inner-diameter paper tubes; simply inflate it to firmly clamp the non-woven fabric tube for convenient use. Additionally, the machine includes an automatic edge-trimming function, ensuring that any uneven fabric is straightened before moving on to the next process step. In the flat-folding section of the bag-making machine, there’s a dedicated feature for folding the bag opening edges—perfectly tailored for finishing non-woven bags with neatly folded openings.

Bag-making machine sealing the triangular section: This feature is used when producing three-dimensional bags. After the base of the bag has been inserted, ultrasonic waves are applied to seal a triangular shape on both sides, creating a立体 (three-dimensional) effect at the bottom of the non-woven fabric bag. (Note: A roll of PET film is placed on the machine because, during the triangular sealing process, an intermediate layer of PET film is required to prevent the two layers of non-woven fabric at the bottom from sticking together.)
Bag-making machine flat-folding section: This area is equipped with features such as bag opening hemming, which completes the hemming of non-woven fabric bags; a threading function, used when producing drawstring bags; and two sets of 70mm round-head ultrasonic units that securely seal the folded edges of the non-woven fabric.
Photocell Tracking System for Bag-Making Machine: This equipment features photocell tracking and color-mark positioning, ensuring that each non-woven bag produced meets standardized dimensions, even when printed.

The machine features an automatic handle-attachment function: it uses ultrasonic technology to seamlessly bond the handle strips of non-woven bags directly onto the bags themselves. Additionally, the internal transmission system has been upgraded to motor-driven operation, ensuring faster speeds and significantly higher efficiency—while eliminating the drawbacks associated with the previous cylinder-based transmission method.
