Reciprocating Knife Holder Device for Wet Wipe Packaging Machine

Author:

The reciprocating knife holder assembly for wet tissue packaging machines includes an inner knife holder and an outer knife frame. The main motor drives the primary transmission shaft via a gearbox. At both ends, the primary transmission shaft is securely mounted to the inner bottom side of the inner knife holder through lower bearings, while the passive shaft is fixed to the inner top side of the same holder via upper bearings. The primary and passive shafts are connected by gears, synchronous pulleys, or a chain drive. Additionally, an upper crossbeam equipped with the upper knife holder and a lower crossbeam fitted with the lower knife holder each have sliders installed at their respective ends. These sliders slide smoothly within guide rails located on the inner central portion of the inner knife holder. Meanwhile, the upper knife holder is firmly attached to the upper crossbeam via buffer springs and buffer guide rails at both ends. This design enhances the mechanical transmission efficiency of the knife holder assembly.

These sliders are precisely positioned within the guide rails located in the inner central section of the inner knife holder. Meanwhile, the upper knife holder is firmly attached to the upper crossbeam via buffer springs and buffer guide rails on both sides. This design enhances the mechanical transmission stability of the knife holder assembly while simultaneously improving the sealing quality of the knife seats.
