The stretch-wrap bundler, also known as a strapping machine or baling machine, uses strapping bands to secure products and packaging materials. After tightening, the two ends are heat-sealed together using a heating element. This type of packaging machine enhances protection, ensuring that goods remain firmly secured during handling and storage—preventing them from shifting or becoming disorganized. At the same time, it neatly bundles items together, giving the final package a clean and professional appearance.
Safety Operating Procedures for Arrow-Type Palletizers:
I. Preparations Before Operation:
1. Check whether the device and packaging strap are inserted correctly; ensure the power supply is turned on.
2. Ensure the crane is securely fastened to prevent movement; it must be locked in place to avoid any shifting during operation of the packaging machine.
3. Check whether all moving parts are properly lubricated; has maintenance been performed prior to use to ensure the proper functioning of the packaging machine?
4. Check the power cord for any damage. If there’s any injury, promptly notify maintenance personnel to replace the cord and prevent accidents.
II. Preparation for Operation:
1. Connect the power supply and allow the packaging machine to preheat for a few minutes—this ensures more efficient operation.
2. Adjust the length of the luggage strap.
3. Listen for any abnormal signs inside the machine, such as unusual noises or smoke.
3. Operation Completed:
Cut off the power supply—turn off the switch.
IV. Important Notes:
1. Absolutely no hands allowed inside the packaging belt.
2. It is strictly prohibited to load or unload equipment while it is running. Always ensure the power is turned off to prevent accidents.
Wearing process:
1. Open the right door, check if the belt runs smoothly from top to bottom—thread it over the upper pulley, then under the lower one, and finally out through the cover; then close the cover.
2. Guide the belt upward through the slotted plate used for entry, passing it between the pulley and the slotted plate positioned above it.
3. Just let the strap come out of the groove on the galvanized iron plate, then close the door securely;
6. Maintenance and Care:
1. Wipe each flight table individually.
2. Refuel once a week to ensure the machine operates smoothly.
3. Replace the wear-and-tear part (brake cover) once a month.
7. Safety Precautions:
1. Adjusting the machine parameters without authorization during operation is strictly prohibited; violators will face severe penalties.
2. Do not place your fingers or any other body parts into heating or moving components during operation to avoid safety hazards.
3. Operators are strictly prohibited from sleeping or using their phones while on duty.
