Introduction to the Principle of Facial Mask Packaging Machines

Author:

The manufacturing process of facial mask packaging machines—these machines represent a cutting-edge innovation that replaces manual folding of masks, offering both high efficiency and superior hygiene protection for the product. By combining and refining traditional manual folding techniques with advanced mechanical principles, the machines seamlessly take over this labor-intensive task. Now, let’s explore how facial mask packaging machine technology works. Before packaging, masks must be folded—a process that currently relies almost entirely on manual labor, a method widely adopted by small to medium-sized businesses. However, manual folding poses significant risks of contamination, compromising the masks’ cleanliness and ultimately affecting their effectiveness. Moreover, since each worker’s technique may vary, inconsistencies in folding quality can further impact the final product’s reliability and appeal.

Facial Mask Packaging Machine The manufacturing process features a mask packaging machine—a new innovation designed to replace manual folding of masks, offering both high efficiency and superior product hygiene protection. By combining and refining traditional manual folding techniques with advanced mechanical principles, the machine seamlessly takes over the labor-intensive task. Let’s now explore how this mask packaging machine technology works.

Before packaging, face masks must be folded—currently, this folding process is almost entirely done by hand, a method widely adopted by small and medium-sized enterprises. However, manual folding inevitably leads to contamination of the masks, reducing their cleanliness and ultimately affecting their performance during use. On the other hand, since employees vary in skill level and dexterity, uneven folding often results in creases or wrinkles on the masks. This makes it difficult for companies to maintain consistent product quality. Moreover, with rising labor costs across society, production expenses for businesses continue to climb, creating significant bottlenecks that hinder their growth and development.

Key elements for mastering packaging machine skills:

The purpose of this utility model for a facial mask packaging machine is to address the shortcomings of existing technologies by providing a device that ensures excellent mask-folding performance, features low manufacturing costs, operates smoothly with seamless motion, delivers high production efficiency, and effectively controls both product quality and production capacity. Additionally, it minimizes manual contamination of the masks, significantly enhancing their cleanliness during the packaging process.

  Mask Packaging Machine Skill Plan:

A folded tissue mask assembly comprising a compacted transport mechanism, an edge-forming die unit, a guiding adjustment base, a folding-edge die, a follower-transport mechanism, a shaped-wheel axle assembly, sprockets, baseplate connecting blocks, left and right main machine baseplates, the working conveyor belt, tension rollers, a conveyor-belt tension frame, drive gears, a mask roller partition, non-powered rollers, rubber roller shafts, a primary motion pulley, O-rings, small O-belts, driven pulleys, secondary motion pulleys, auxiliary machine-linked sprockets, and the overall machine frame—characterized by:

The machine is equipped with an edging die assembly positioned above it. At the left end of the edging die assembly, a rolling and conveying mechanism is installed. Below the machine platform housing the rolling and conveying mechanism, a mask roller baffle is mounted. A transmission gear is placed between the mask roller baffle and the rolling and conveying system, situated on the left side of the mechanism’s end. This transmission gear is connected via the machine platform to a secondary driven sprocket located on the opposite side of the machine. On the right side of the edging die assembly, a die-adjustment base is fitted, which in turn connects to a non-powered roller positioned at the opposite end of the edging die assembly—both components are securely mounted onto the machine frame. Finally, a die-following conveying mechanism is installed at the right end of the die-adjustment base, while symmetrical edge-folding dies are positioned between the die-adjustment base and the die-following conveyor system.

The aforementioned follower guide assembly features two driven pulleys on its front inner side, with an O-ring small belt fitted around both pulleys. On the front outer side of the guide assembly, there is a driven belt pulley, while the machine’s right-end front section includes a main drive pulley. The driven pulley and the main drive pulley are connected via an O-ring belt. Additionally, a transmission gear is mounted at the rear right end of the machine, passing through the machine to engage with the main drive pulley. Above the transmission gear sits a cam-type shaft assembly, positioned at the rear end of the follower guide mechanism. On both sides inside the machine’s right-end frame, symmetrical rubber roller shafts are installed. Underneath the machine, an operational conveyor belt is positioned, with a belt tensioning frame mounted between the belt and the machine frame. This tensioning frame is equipped with a tensioning pulley. Finally, sprockets are installed at the left and right ends of the machine’s front section, and both ends of the conveyor belt are securely attached to these sprockets on the machine’s left and right sides.
