Things to Keep in Mind for Daily Care and Maintenance of Facial Mask Machines

Author:

Here are the key points for daily care and maintenance of the facial mask machine: (1) Place the facial mask machine on a dry, clean, and sturdy, level tabletop, ensuring it is at least 10 cm away from the edge of the table. (2) Before connecting the machine to a 220V (mains) power supply, verify that the product’s rated voltage matches the local voltage. (3) Never allow children to touch the machine without adult supervision. (4) If the facial mask machine will not be used for an extended period, unplug the power cord from the outlet to prevent accidental operation and potential damage. (5) When moving the machine, always lift and carry it upright—never turn it upside down—to avoid any risk of malfunction or injury.

Things to keep in mind for the daily care and maintenance of facial mask machines:

(1) The facial mask machine should be operated on a dry, clean, and sturdy, level tabletop, with at least 10 cm of clearance from the table edge.

(2) Before connecting the mask machine to a 220V mains power supply, please first verify that the product’s rated voltage matches the local voltage.

(3) Children must never be allowed to touch the machine without adult supervision.

(4) When the facial mask machine is not in use for an extended period, please unplug the power cord from the outlet to prevent accidental operation and potential adverse effects.

(5) When moving the mask machine, always slide it forward as much as possible—never turn it upside down—to prevent any remaining water inside from spilling out and potentially scalding your body.

(6) When cleaning the machine, do not directly rinse or soak it.

(7) If the facial mask machine has not been used for a long time, please thoroughly clean the inside with hot water before using it again.

(8) If your machine encounters a quality issue you can’t resolve, be sure to contact customer service or take it to the designated service center for repair. Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the machine yourself, as this could lead to electrical leakage or the risk of electric shock.

(9) Please do not move the machine body while it is operating, and do not disassemble or reassemble any components during operation.

(10) Please avoid subjecting this product to severe impacts or drops.

(11) Do not block the ventilation holes during film production.

(12) When disassembling the machine for cleaning or maintenance, first unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet.

(13) Do not place your hands or any hard objects inside the machine while it is operating, and make sure the machine is placed on a level surface.

(14) After cleaning or maintenance, be sure to securely install the mixing chamber, residue bin, filter mesh, protective cover, mask tray, and cleaning plate before reassembling the machine. Also, firmly fasten the top lid and pressing rod into place.

(15) During film production, do not touch the emergency switch on the side-mounted mask tray—once film application is complete, the tray will automatically eject, eliminating the need for manual operation. This switch should only be used in case of a malfunction or during maintenance when you need to manually open the mask tray.

(16) If a power outage occurs unexpectedly after you’ve pressed the start button, wait until power is restored. Then, carefully add purified water into the filling port until the indicator light turns red—stop adding water at that point—and press the start button again. The machine will resume the heating and film-forming process. However, if the power interruption lasted too long, it’s recommended not to use this mask sheet.
